Initially starting as a single online survey panel in the US, LightSpeed Research now has 7 million registered panelists across 29 countries. LightSpeed Research operates survey panels in the US, Canada, Australia, Britain, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, and the Netherlands.
LightSpeed Research offers clients the options of consumer, custom and specialty panels, with response rates touted as being between 20-50%. Lightspeed Research has speciality panels covering family, healthcare, B2B, financial services, automotive, and mobile sectors.
LightSpeed Research has offices in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific and is a member of the following marketing research associations: CASRO (Council of American Research Organizations), ARF (Advertising Research Foundation) and MRS (Market Research Society).

In exchange for their survey participation, panellists earn Lightspeed Points, which can be redeemed for cash, gift certificates, and prizes. Each day, a panellist is chosen to win an extra 5,000 points in their account, from the 5,000 Points-A-Day Giveaway. Additionally, a winner is chosen to receive a prize of $5,000 cash for winning the Lightspeed Sweepstakes, a contest which runs four times a year.
