If you shop at Canadian Tire, at the bottom of your receipt should be some information about taking an online survey about your shopping experience.

The url is: http://www.tellcdntire.com and you could win instantly win an iPod and you get an entry into a draw for $1000. You enter in a pin from the bottom of your receipt to get started. I did the survey, and it took me around 3 minutes. You can also apparently enter the draw without purchasing anything - read contest info for more details.
